Little Joe takes a break from his weighty responsibilities.

Hunter and Sassafras are Mama Hen's latest brood.  She hatched them a few days after Thanksgiving so they are about 11-12 weeks old.  Hunter caught his first mouse at about 7 weeks and has been hunting ceaselessly every since.

Here they are again keeping my chair warm.

Yes -- I think I will start with Buckeyes.  The Brassy Backs are barely starting to lay.  Also need to hatch bobwhites and coturnix.  We need more turkeys, too, but they will be later.
