I always have a pistol lay'n close by no matter where I am. I love 1911 and .45's in general, Well the other day I saw a freind post about these new laser training aids that sounded too neat not to try! They are made bu a company called Laserlyte. They come in ,45 acp and 9mm for sure. While kinda pricey i just had to have one.

The cartridge is built like a bullet. the primer which the firing pin hits is actually a rubber covered switch that activates the laser only while pushed... so its only on for a fraction of a second.... really hard to get a pic of BTW..... You load it into the chamber just like a live round.

With my 1911, a single action pistol, I have to thumb cock it every time. but with a double action model just keep pull'n that trigger!

I have shot this damn thing enough now that my thumb is raw from cocking it. If I was shot'n live rounds every light switch, door knob, dish, Jar, mug, bottle, flower pot, salt shaker in my house and Charlie would have been shot to shit! I'v dry fired my pistol on it so much its paid for its self several times over in ammo cost at this point and still works as designed.... Darla is completely sick of it now and that says alot about the quality of the item.... well... She's actually more sick of me, but ya smell what Im step'n in.....

Wow! Didn't see this post.  Beautiful gun! Did you make this one? I know you make rifles, right?
