Well I got to missing pickled quail eggs pretty bad lately.... So I decided it was time to have a few coturnix back on the Born Again Virgin.... Its been a while since any have been seen here. There are 5 breeding groups of pure tatankas that I know of. So I decided to reach out to a few friends and get some in the bator this spring. I dont want a big flock and wont mass produce them. Just enough to keep my jars full of pickled eggs!

I recently cut way back on my cots.  I'm keeping four groups to work with for fun, but will only hatch for my usage.  Or by special request of customers.  But I can't be without them!  Compared to the bobwhites and chukars, the cots are so fun and sweet.
